You wouldn’t build a house without a key to the front door—so why start your NDIS journey without logging into the portal?

The NDIS portal—also called myplace—is your digital doorway to managing your plan. Setting up your account is easier than you think.

Step 1: Get a myGov account. If you don’t have one already, head to my.gov.au and sign up.
Step 2: Link your myGov to the NDIS. Once you’ve logged in, click “Link a service” and choose NDIS from the list.
Step 3: Enter your NDIS number and some basic details. You’ll need to prove who you are.

Once linked, you’re in. You can view your plan, track your budget, manage bookings and more.
