Out of Home Care (OOHC) Support – Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Families (NSW & VIC)
Culturally safe care. Stronger families. Connected communities.
At Yarning Crescent, we deliver Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) support services across New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria (VIC), designed specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, carers, and kinship networks.
Our role is to make sure every child in care stays safe, supported, and proud in culture. We partner with families, carers, caseworkers, and agencies to strengthen identity, stability, and connection.
