Who We Work With
We specialise in the community sector — bringing deep knowledge of the funding, governance and compliance environments our clients operate in.
Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs)
We understand the unique governance, funding and compliance environment of ACCOs — including NACCHO membership obligations, ILC funding, and the importance of community accountability.
Not-for-Profits & Charities
From small community groups to mid-sized charities, we provide the financial backbone that lets your organisation focus on mission — not spreadsheets.
Aboriginal Businesses & Social Enterprises
Growing Aboriginal businesses need financial discipline without bureaucracy. We provide practical CFO support that scales with you — from startup to established enterprise.
Government-Funded Service Providers
Organisations delivering services under Commonwealth, state or territory funding agreements face complex acquittal and compliance requirements. We make that manageable.

Common Questions
How is a Fractional CFO different from a bookkeeper or accountant?
A bookkeeper records transactions. An accountant prepares your tax returns. A Fractional CFO provides strategic financial leadership — helping you plan, forecast, manage risk and make better decisions. We work at the executive level, not just the compliance level.
How many hours per month do we need?
It depends on your organisation's size and complexity. Most of our clients start with 8–16 hours per month. We'll recommend the right level after an initial discovery conversation.
Can you help us with a specific grant acquittal?
Absolutely. Grant acquittals are one of our most common project engagements. We can prepare the acquittal, review your financial statements against grant conditions, and submit on your behalf.
Do you work with organisations outside NSW?
Yes. While we are based in NSW, we work with ACCOs and not-for-profits across Australia. Most of our work is delivered remotely, with on-site visits available where needed.
We already have a finance manager. Can you still help?
Yes — many of our clients have internal finance staff. We work alongside your team, providing strategic oversight, mentoring and specialist support that complements what your team does day-to-day.
