A life-changing 10-day voyage aboard HMAS Young Endeavour — Australia's national youth training ship — open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 16–23.
The Young Endeavour Youth Scheme (YEYS) is a joint initiative between Yarning Crescent and the Royal Australian Navy. Selected participants join the crew of HMAS Young Endeavour for a 10-day voyage, developing leadership, resilience, and teamwork skills at sea.
This is a fully funded opportunity — transport assistance is included in the budget allocation. Places are limited to 6–7 young people per voyage to ensure the strongest development outcomes.
